After decades in the home, the owner set out to reimagine the property for a new chapter of living. What began as a potential renovation became a full rebuild when the existing structure could no longer support the desired level of comfort, performance, and long-term livability.
The new build was about staying rooted while creating a home better suited for the years ahead. In collaboration with architects LG Squared, FORMA helped transform the property into a warm, highly personal residence designed for everyday living and effortless entertaining. Built from the ground up, the home preserves the owner’s connection to the land while introducing a new level of ease, character, and long-term performance.
