Our process
INITIAL CONSULTATION & SITE EVALUATION
After our preliminary conversation, we set up a time to meet to explore your project with you. Based on our conversation and observations from this meeting, we present our FEASIBILITY proposal, ensuring the budget and scope of work meet your goals.
PLANNING & PRE- CONSTRUCTION
This phase is what we refer to as “the heavy lift” and is vital to the project’s success! We work with architects and engineers on permitting needs, create detailed scopes of work for our trades, as well as collaborate with your interior design team selecting lighting, plumbing, and other finishes. We firm up the construction schedule and get prepared to make the “secret sauce”.
CONSTRUCTION & EXECUTION
Once permits are secured and the contract is finalized, prepare yourself for the adventure ahead! We are ready to shift gears from planning to actually building. We systematically execute the build phases to meet construction milestones while simultaneously communicating regularly with you. We want to ensure you are pleased with our work and we encourage in person meetings on site to see the progress. It’s an exciting journey to see everything come together for your home and we look forward to welcoming you and your family into ours.
