DO I NEED TO HAVE AN ARCHITECT OR DESIGNER BEFORE WE TALK?

The simple answer is "No, you do not need to have a relationship with an architect or designer before you call us". We are fortunate to work with some of Atlanta's most remarkable architects and designers! If you don't already have these important relationships, we can introduce you to your someone special. If you are already working with someone, we recommend bringing the entire design team together during the initial stages of designing your project. Having your own personal brain trust collaborating together during this phase will save you both time and money during the construction phase.

WHERE DO I BEGIN IF I DON'T REQUIRE AN ARCHITECT OR DESIGNER?

If you're project doesn't require the services of an architect or designer, we can guide you through the next steps. We have relationships with vendors and suppliers throughout Atlanta and can help you schedule a visit to their showrooms.

I HAVE NEVER JOURNEYED DOWN THE PATH OF BUILDING A CUSTOM HOME OR RENOVATION. WHERE DO I BEGIN?

We are so excited you have found us and we can guide you through the process. Building a home is an investment of both time and money and we hope you have a great experience. There are so many details and decisions to be made and we would be honored to help you find your tribe!

WHY DOES EVERYONE KEEP ASKING ME ABOUT MY BUDGET?

Custom homes and renovations are an investment not only financially but also emotionally. For whatever reason you are choosing to build, sharing your range helps your team design and build to your unique needs.

CAN YOU HELP ME BUILD A "PASSIVE HOME"?

We are EarthCraft certified and can help you build a sustainable and efficient home. Homes designed with energy efficiency in mind allow you to reduce utility costs, improve indoor air quality and typically require less long-term maintenance.
