We believe a home is where life’s most meaningful moments happen. It's where life gathers - where quiet routines, meaningful celebrations, family, rest, creativity and connection all take shape.

A home should reflect the people who live there - their values, aspirations, and the way they want to move through the world.
It is our mission to create homes that feel deeply personal, enduring and grounded in what matters most.

Core Values

Trust

Relationships and trust are the foundation of our business.  We prioritize integrity, respect, and clear communication to ensure a smooth and timely building experience. Our clients consistently affirm their confidence in choosing us - long after their homes are complete.

Community

Quality construction begins with strong communication and collaboration.  Our team of skilled trades bring exceptional craftsmanship and thoughtful building expertise, while our trusted vendors provide proven products, innovative solutions, reliable supply chains and competitive pricing.

Your core team and community of experts - architect, engineers, interior designer, landscape architect, and builder - should work as a cohesive group of trusted advisors. Bringing the team together early in the design process allows us to identify opportunities, solve challenges proactively, and create efficiencies that can save both time and money.

Creative Process

We are firm believers in a solid process and we begin with listening.  We keep your project on schedule with our construction methods along with daily communication with trade partners.  From construction schedules, budgets and selections to progress photos, our project management software allows you to stay informed and engaged in every step.

Marina Thuemling

CLIENT & BUSINESS OPERATIONS

After 16 years with one of Atlanta’s leading design/build firms, Marina stepped away from the industry to focus on caring for her parents. A few years later, a framing project in her own home reconnected her with longtime friend and former colleague David.

That simple call ultimately opened the door to a new professional chapter. Marina joined David’s growing team, bringing with her years of experience, industry knowledge, and a shared history of working together. More than 10 years later, she remains an integral part of the team and has enjoyed being part of the company’s continued growth and evolution.

Marina brings decades of experience in the design and construction industry, along with the relationships, insight, and steady perspective that come from a career spent helping bring homes and projects to life.

Marina has been known to agree to a few extra hours of work in exchange for a family dinner with her “adoptive brother” David and his extraordinary wife, Milvia - who also happens to be an amazing home chef!
